Cancellation & Returns
1. Order Cancellation
We understand that minds can change. You may cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not been processed for shipping. Typically, this window is 6-12 hours after order placement.
To cancel, visit your Orders page or email us immediately at support@areum.in.
2. Return Policy
Because our products are luxury cosmetics, we maintain a strict hygiene protocol. Returns are only accepted if the product is defective or damaged. We do not accept returns for used, swatched, or altered products.
Note: Slight color variations between the digital image and the actual product are expected due to screen calibrations and are not considered defects.
3. Reverse Pickups
If your return is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your registered address within 2-3 business days. Please ensure the product is packed in its original box with all protective layers intact.
4. Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you receive a damaged product, we will issue a replacement for the same item. If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be initiated.
