Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

At Areum, we ensure every product meets the highest standards of luxury. Refunds are processed only in the following scenarios:

  • Product received is physically damaged or leaked during transit.
  • Product received is significantly different from what was ordered.
  • The order was cancelled within the allowed window (see Cancellation Policy).

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Due to the personal care and hygienic nature of cosmetic products, we cannot offer refunds if:

  • The product has been used, swatched, or the security seal is broken.
  • The individual simply "changed their mind" after using the product.
  • Incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer leading to non-delivery.

3. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved, it takes 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method (Bank Account, Credit Card, or Wallet). For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, email a clear photo/video of the damage and your Order ID to support@areum.in within 24 hours of delivery. Our quality control team will review the request and respond within 48 hours.
